staff was rude. She had no care or compassion when telling an elderly couple that she sent their prescription to another city which was 20 miles away.

building felt old and musty.

5 minutes early for an appointment was not enough for the doctor and he cancelled it because i was not 30 minutes early. Even thoug i had gotten all the paperwork early and only had to sign 2 releases for him to see men.

I was sitting in the waiting room when the staff told me that he cancelled the appoitment.

Billing staff exceptional rude and act like the money is coming out of there pockets. Still don't call my family member by his/her name and they have been going there for years.
