I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but to my surprise it was just really inconveniently located. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day.

I recently moved to San Antonio, TX and I saw about 3 physicians before I found Dr. Alexander Roka. My experience was great. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I got lost on Stone Oak and they stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes until I finally found them. Dr. Roka was very attentive to my many medical problems and I felt at ease with him. I needed referrals to 2 other physicians and the staff made my appointments and explaned everything to me. Since my first visit, I was seen for allergies. They worked me in and I waited a while but I was just greatful he saw me that day. I was in misery. Great experience. Would highly recommend.
