The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed.

I went in to be seen for back pain that was unexplained and lasted more than two weeks - which is bizarre for a 20-something. She really didn't listen to me. She just ordered about 5 different tests including x-rays, urine sample, and blood work. Guess what? I have to pay for that! I do have insurance, but it doesn't cover everything. It seems like doctors are so worried about covering their own butts that they don't give patients proper care anymore. Guess what? Turned out I had a really bad pinched nerve. None of the tests were necessary, just like I thought. And I'm still paying for her highly overpriced office visit. DONE.
