I had called ahead regarding an order for blood work and they said to come right in. I came in and was greeted by a receptionist who said she had lost the order and would have to recreate. Her desk was a disaster, including the chewed gum she had pasted on top of her disposable drink container. I asked how long I would have to wait and she said she didn't know. I asked if it would be 30 minutes or an hour and she still said she had no idea. I left and had the order for the blood work sent to another agency to be done who got me right in. I will say however that Dr. Allen, Nancy Noble and the rest of the medical staff are awsome. It is just their front office that leaves a lot to be desired.

I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
