I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They had some interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't huge. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. They are friendly and caring and take time to listen to you. Dr Brack is genuinely concerned about each patient's well-being.
