Since combining offices with Family Practice Associates: Palmeri Carlos MD 6345 Long Ave Shawnee, KS 66216 (913) 631-6400, in February 2014, the level of service has dropped dramatically. I have been unable to schedule an appointment in 4 months since they seem too busy to answer the telephone. When they do answer, they are very short and rude, unlike before the move. I refuse to try and go back to John Crane. Pity, I thought he was a good doctor. Maybe he is getting ready to retire.

Long time patient of Dr. Crane. When I had a condition requiring longer term care. He issued me treatment which did not result in positive results. Refused to continue to provide information to insurance to support his opinion then after receiving payments for care then claimed not trained to determine level of one's disability. But listed to my employer and will refuse to talk to the regarding his opinon. Refuses to speak with me as why all of a sudden he refuses to provide information required to support my illness. Now I am faced with loosing my job of 33 yrs. BE WARNED OF THIS GUY.
