The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
