Dr. Scott was good at first and seemed genuine. The staff was very aloof and unsympathetic. When I had a health issue that I didn't understand, it wasn't explained to me by either the Dr. or her staff. One nurse in particular was very hateful and dismissive. I was going through a very stressful time in my life and I was treated very poorly. I would never recommend anyone go to this office after the way I was treated. Dr. Scott evidently doesn't care as much about her patients as I had first thought because she NEVER spoke to me about how her staff acted, I had to go through one of her staff.

The staff was not very helpful when I called to cancel my appointment and I was charged a $25.00 no show fee!!! I could not make another appointment with Dr. Scott. I called several times to try to explain and the staff was rude and would not waive the fee, even though they CLEARLY made the error...I will NEVER recommend this practice to anyone!!
