I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there.
