The restrooms here are not clean. I would advise going before you leave the house. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.

Specific problems I experienced:
• Prescription was changed to another medicine. I wasn't notified. Had to call the office to make sure it was correct.
• Was in pain. Called for refill of prescription. No return call. Prescription not refilled.
• Frequently have to call the office for prescription refill when the pharmacy has faxed it.
• Referral not done.
