It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

This doctor has only touched members of my family when our regular doctor was out of town, or she was covering for him. Each time she made terrible mistakes. She told me my daughters allergic reaction to an antibiotic was a toothache! Her skin had an awful rash on her face, and her entire face was swollen. Luckily, a real doctor happened to see us in the hallway (as I was running out the door to go to the ER), and diagnosed the allergic reaction.
Another time, when my mom called to report a bladder infection (she is 81, has diabetes, and doesn't drive) her regular doctor was busy - this was during regular office hours. My mom has a standing order that she gets medication right away called into her local pharmacy - that delivers to her. Dr. L. insisted that my mother drive to the next town to the Mercy Urgent Care center (25 minutes away). My mom told her that she didn't drive. Dr. L told her to call an ambulance to take her to the ER! For a bladder infection?! She wouldn't call the pharmacy. Her medical records were right there and accessible so there was no excuse for my mom to have to wait for her regular doctor to get in.
Another time, I was in the clinic when two people ran into the clinic - they didn't think they could make it to the hospital - one man's arm had been mangled in a machine accident. Dr. L just stood there and did NOTHING! The nurse practitioner that was in the office did the initial first aid and the office staff called an ambulance. Dr. L was useless - everyone there was astonished.
A very good friend of mine complained of terrible leg pain after Dr. L put her on Lipitor. Dr. L ignored the symptoms and my friend ended up with severe problems. My friend's doctor told her it could have been avoided if the Dr. L had taken her off of the Lipitor. She didn't sue because she was so sick, she didn't feel that she could go through with the litigation. (I'm not sure if that's considered personal experience, per se, but it seems this is the only way to get the word out - my friend is older and not computer savvy.)

Be warned!!!
