I honestly do not know why I even wasted so much time going to this office. The new front staff and the Dr, are UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE NO CONSIDERATION FOR THE PATIENT. They are always on answering Service (the system sends you to a call center where they take messages for the doctor, which is then given to the office later on in the day, the office then calls you back when they feel like it). When you finally do get a hold of someone, they always want to rush you off the phone, the Dr is worse, when he finally gets to your room, he talks so fast, you see the back of his head more than him talking to you face to face, doesn't let you complete a sentence without you being interrupted, gets frustrated if he has to repeat the same thing, and never calls back when you leave a message. Front desk oversteps her position and speaks for the Dr, instead of giving Dr a message; she takes it upon herself to give "home remedies". I am so sure that is walking on a fine line for LIABILITY FOR THE DR! Let's not even talk about the wait time. Be prepared to wait in the waiting room for an hour, then about another 30-40 minutes in your room! Bedside manner? There is none. Make sure you follow up with the Dr, oh, the Nurses(you hear from them when your message finally gets taken care of), so you can get your results.

He is OK.Not very knowledgeable of drugs in the market and its adverse effects. he asked me what drug would you like to have?

Staffs are OK except for one old fart in the front desk.
Wait time is horrible. it is more than an hour , sometimes close to 1 hr and 30 minutes. He double books and will have many patients at the same time.
