Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The staff was friendly enough, but I expected more of a warm welcome from a family practice. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
