They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul.
