Dr Getzinger & his staff only care about $$. Front staff is rude & unprofessional. Was asked to find a new doctor after 15 years of being with Dr. G because I didnt cancel 2 appointments in 2 years in a timely manner. While no one EVER answers when you call, I was forced to leave a message for my last appointment explaining I couldnt make it & needed to reschedule. No call back. Called next day. No call back. Letter following week saying please find new doctor. Apparantly Dr. G needed that extra 1 appointment that day to pay for his new office in Shelby. I found this action to be unprofessional, sad & heartless. If you want to see someone who really cares about you, DO NOT see this doctor or go to CORNERSTONE

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
