They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They always make me feel like they care and take time to go over everything.

This doctor made the lethally wrong diagnosis that an egg-sized breast tumor was benign, on a patient with immediate family history (her mother) with breast cancer. Any amateur Dr would've instructed at least a biopsy. Dr Hanna, who had prepared to remove tumor, said tumor's actually shrinking, and instead sent patient home without even a biopsy. A year later, that tumor turned out to be a melignant breast cancer. After full mastectomy, raidation, loads of painful chemo, patient died of cancer that has spread to the abdomen. Patient would've most likely survived had she been diagnosed properly by Dr Hanna, a FULL YEAR before other doctors found out. Although patient was a personal friend, Dr Hanna didn't show up at wake or funeral.
