I have been going to Dr. Luna for 6 years. I have never failed to get in when I needed to be seen the same day. I never feel rushed or feel like he is in a hurry. He asks questions and gives explanations. I would recommend him.

Their staff was rude and incompetent. They need to fire their staff and hire competent ones. It appeared that they didn't care nor appreciate the business from their patients. The girl working at the front desk was busy bitching to her coworkers about her morning sickness and what she was craving for while there were several elderly patients lining up in front of her waiting to check in. She didn't attempt to check them in until she was done with her conversation. The staff was very poor with returning phone calls in timely manner. You can forget about them calling you if you are waiting for test results. After three or four phone calls later, the PA returned the call with the results. However, the PA was not able to explain the results nor answer questions. She stated that if you need to understand your results you are to make another office visit to get your questions answered by the doctor. I would NOT RECOMMEND this office due to the incompetency of their staff.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Definitely! I was shocked and horrified!
