Let's face it, this doctor is ALL about the cash, not the patient. Folks are in and out all day with very long waiting times. The actual doctor/patient visit is so small, it leaves you wondering why the hell you spent your whole freakiin day waiting for that. Your thoughts and concerns are dismissed as if they dont really matter, and the truth is to these folks, they dont! No one ever, ever answers the phone! You get this recording circus, and it doesn't matter which button you push, you will still end up with a recording telling you no one is available to take your call, so leave a message! There are a lot of people running around that office, but very few know what their task is from day to day, let alone stick to it. Prescriptions are usually always messed up in one way or another or not called in at all. Paperwork is not turned in as it should be, and when you can finally corner someone into doing it, you don't dare leave it there or they will lose it, and you are at square one yet again. This can go on a number of times at this office. Social Security patients, beware, this office does not do the proper paperwork in the proper time frame and if you're seeking some type of disability then this is not the office for you-they will either lose your paperwork or never, ever turn it in, then swear they never had it in the first place. Retired men and women, the same hassle happens when it comes to prescription insurance papers being sent to the pharmacy so Social Security can justify and pay for the medication. Diabetics-beware-this could happen to you too, and sadly it has. I actually witnessed a nurse snooping on a patient, then swear she didnt do it. This place is like Grandview Hospitals' ER, there's a lot of running around by employee's, but not a damn thing being done for the patients. I am being generous when I say that this office is a circus, and whoever is running it must be the chief clown-pathetic. Would never recommend this office to anyone. And no I am not a disgruntled worker or patient, I am simply a visitor who is writing an honest review of my own experience.
