I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name
