Rudemiller Family Medicine is not a friendly place. I had been to Dr. Winhusen once years before. On the phone staff was unable to answer most of my questions concerning health insurance and office visit costs. The office is full of poor communicators. A few days after merely trying to get answers on the phone, a registered letter arrived declaring I would not be treated by them as a patient.

Later I found out "rejection" letters to patients is common practice.

I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
