They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
