Gardner seems interested in patient, but in my case, formed opinions based on staff relay of info, rather than from me personally. You have to wait 45-60 min AFTER you have been called back to eval room. Was my experience, at least, on 3 diff occasions. Not a fan of having to schedule off 1/2 day to be seen
