They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

Dr. Alkire is very attentive and trusted for all of my family.

I have worked with Dr. Alkire professionally, and I believe she is a very gifted, intelligent, and caring physician whom I would trust with the care of myself and family.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
