After seeing Dr. Clay Stalcup as my primary care physician since moving to Tennessee in 2009, and having him listed on all of my Medicare files as such, I learned today that due to the fact that I haven't "needed" to see him in four years that I am not considered a patient of his and have been removed from his registry as a patient. Further, I can't schedule a "New Patient" appointment because he is not accepting "NEW" patients. I have not received notice from his office as to this action and now in a serious lurch because I have no primary care physician. Where do these actions fall in the Hippocratic Oath ?

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
