For me, the clinic has been a convenient and satisfactory experience. I have enjoyed my relations with my doctor, Dr. Swanson. My biggest complaint is that email is not utilized for patient/doctor consultation and telephone conversations seem to be discouraged. This impacts my work schedule negatively and they should reconsider this stance in light of modern work obligations for people who must travel. For me, this issue is big enough to warrant finding another clinic, but I am reluctant to leave my doctor.
