I have been a patient of Dr Dunn's for over 10 years. I recently needed to see him due to an illness, and hadn't visited him for about 18 months. I was told by the receptionist that I would need to fill out a new patient application. I told her that I was already a patient. She said "sorry" Dr Dunn is not taking any new patients until April 2015. So, in essence, I was thrown off the patient roll for not being sick in 18 months. I once again asked the receptionist to refer me to supervisor and she said "sorry, it's our policy"...Goodbye Dr Dunn!
Dr. Dunn has been my family doctor for close to 14 years. Dr. Dunn and his staff are the whole package: professional, meticulous, thorough, friendly, and they genuinely care about each patient as a person, not as an appointment on their books. Dr. Dunn’s relaxing “bedside manner” and sense of humor makes every visit comfortable and pleasant.
