This office is cold and as far from patient centered as one can get. They use an electronic record to it's lowest use not allowing patients to correspond with staff. You will wait for scheduled appointments for at least a half an hour in the lobby and at least 15-20 once you are taken back. Schedule plenty of time to account for the "short staffing" which is detailed every visit. You will be seen for one complaint only and they will choose based on highest billing potential which one it is. Their competence is questionable at best. I would avoid this practice at all cost.

I will NEVER go back to this office!!! I went in for the first time to get established and was seen by Dr Olga............I went over my medical history with her. I told her I had expierenced fluid around my heart back in Nov 2011 along with fluid in my lung. This was all resolved in Nov 2011...she told me she wanted to listen to my heart and check me out. She listened and IMMEDIATELY told me I was in conjestive heart failure, and then she listen to my lungs and told me i had fluid in my lungs!!!!!!!!! Everything I had just told her about my past.....she stated I needed to get to the ER RIGHT AWAY. Needless to say I was in a state of PANIC! I did go to the ER just to be checked out but I knew from past expierience and how I felt that I was just fine. ALL TESTS came back Negative just as I thought. All she did was scare me half to death with her wrongly Diagnosing me with NO PROOF! I called to complain and its been 10 days with NO RESPONSE from Dr Janis Blacks husband who handles things like this!!!! That in itself is very unproffessional and uncaring!!!!!! Evidently nothing has been said to her as I recieved a phone call today from a cardiologist because of a referal from Dr Olga!!!!!!! I am EXTREMELY upset about this whole situation! Seems like it all about the money and not the patients! I will NEVER GO BACK!
