WENDY WILLIAMS allowed my father to be murdered by this doctor. I had a HIPPA form signed by him on July 2011. I repeatedly tried to tell the doctor these drugs were killing my dad. He was only hard of hearing. My mother suffers from dementia and gave drugs to my dad he never needed. She is a total bitch and wouldn't allow me to even see this incompetent doctor who misdiagnosed my father. She contributed to his death. I wasn't even allowed to see this quack of doctor myself as a patient. My precious dad is DEAD because of her! This doctor would give my delusional mother any drug she wanted to sedate my dad. JEAN BLOSS and DEBBIE BLOSS would sit and laugh at my dad and abuse him by giving him these drugs. The caused him to fall and get hurt, be confused and eventually he DIED from them in Oct 2012!!!

THIS DOCTOR SHOULD BE DISBARRED!! SHE KILLED MY FATHER.I was not allowed by APRIL WILLIAMS the office manager to speak to the doctor. My Dad signed a HIPAA form for me in 2010. April through it away.This doctor should not be a family practitioner. My mother suffers from Dementia and this doctor gave my Dad drugs to sedate him he did not need. He ended up bing KILLED and tortured by my mom and step sister. ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING SHE WANTED SHE WAS GIVEN!! I tried going through DCF also. I tried to even make an appointment to see this doctor and APRIL WILLIAMS had me removed from the office! SHE HAS A HORRIBLE REPUTATION FOR MISDIAGNOSING!!! My father was only EXTREMELY HARD OF HEARING and Dr. Judy Mayor-Davies diagnosed him with ALZHEIMERS!!! She is not a NUEROLOGIST!!! Just a quack!
