Thursday morning June. 02, 2022 at 8:41am my daughter and I walked into Luna Khadours office the waiting area was empty. My daughter appointment was at 8:45am. 4 minutes early we were told have a seat someone would call us shortly. 9:12am still waiting, I asked the receptionist how much longer would the wait be? She went to find out came back & said it would be 1 MINUTE. 9:20am still waiting TWO patients of Dr. Khadour arrived after me check in called to the back & checked out. 9:30am still sitting waiting now upset, this lady comes out to the lobby ADDING INSULT TO INJURY says to me “we only have ONE person working, we have OTHER PATIENTS, YOUR DAUGHTER “ONLY” NEED A SHOT, SORRY FOR THE WAIT ITS GOING TO TAKE LONGER”. Meanwhile another patient walks in hear our conversation says if you guys are backed up I will reschedule because I have things to do. THE RECEPTIONIST STARTS EXPLAINING TO THE PATIENT (who i don’t know) MY DAUGHTER IS ONLY GETTING A SHOT SO HE DOESN’T NEED TO RESCHEDULE IT WON’T TAKE LONG. NOW IM FURIOUS THINKING…SOMEONE SHOULD EXPLAIN THE HIPPA LAW TO THE RECEPTIONIST & WHEN I ARRIVED SHE SHOULD’VE EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT SHE WAS EXPLAINING TO HIM FOURTY FIVE MINUTES AFTER MY APPOINTMENT TIME. 9:45am STILL SITTING WAITING DISAPPOINTED UPSET I ENDED UP LEAVING WITHOUT SERVICE 1 hour away from home on a BLANK TRIP. I WILL FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR WHO IS PROFESSIONAL CARES & TAKES PRIDE IN THE HEALTH & TREATMENT OF MY FAMILY & I. OVER 10 YEARS I’VE BEEN A PATIENT OF DOCTOR KHADOUR THE LAST SEVERAL TIMES HAVE BEEN VERY UNSATISFIED. THE SERVICE IS SLOW & HORRIBLE LUNA HAS DEVELOPED AN I DON’T CARE ATTITUDE. LUNA KHADOUR COULD CARE LESS HER OFFICE STAFF IS A MESS SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS. NO STARS
