One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
