Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice.
