I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. Dr. Cerny was my doctor, my Mom's and my daughter's (and still is), he is wonderful at diagnoising, cares very much for his patients and always takes his time and listens all of us.
