Dr. Henry is personable and attentive. Unfortunately I had to wait an HOUR (established patient with an appointment) on my first visit to their new location on PIB. The front desk person told me it was because I wasn't in their 'new system" yet which takes time to enter. Really? How about entering the patient data before the patient arrives? Not respecting my time is annoying at best. I'll return because I really like Dr. Henry but if the wait time continues to be an issue I will look elsewhere for another physician.
