A top-notch organization!! Dr. Swann is an extremely knowledgeable, caring and astute practitioner. He shows great care in his approach to your healthcare needs in a very holistic way, including nutrition, exercise and support network. Dr. Swann is well connected with the sub-specialty healthcare community, e.g. surgeons, psychiatrists, psychologists, physical therapists, etc., being able to refer you when appropriate. HE ALWAYS TAKES THE TIME TO GIVE YOU A THOROUGH EVALUATION AND WORKUP. His staff is professional, cordial and accommodating. While there have been times I've had to wait a short period of time, Dr. Swann ALWAYS makes my needs a priority and gives an ample period of time for taking a history and physical, then diagnosis and establishment of a treatment plan.

They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.
