Dr McIver himself is a good doctor, but his staff is way below average. I have to call on average 3 times throughout the day to get any answer at all for any question I have...sometimes no reply at all. I needed important answers and it seems like they just don't care. They don't know who took a message or possibly when I may get a call back. I called today 3 times and still no call back. I am going to get a new PCP...this is awful patient care.

I had a concern about a prescribed medication and Dr. Mciver took over a week to respond to me. After being lied to for 3 days that he was going to call and once that he called 3 times and left a message (which he did not) he finally called me and belittled my concerns about the medication and refused to do anything about it. His bedside manner and his staff's repeated lies to me in this situation have me never recommending anyone to go under his care. It felt like a chop shop of a medical office after seeing him for 2 years and being treated like this money is the only thing that matters to him not care and understanding of his patients.
