Dr. Handy is a great doctor, but he has a terrible office staff and nurses. Staff turnover is so frequent that no one ever seems to know what is going on. They tried to charge my mom for services never rendered. At least one of their nurses was very unprofessional in a phone call toward me. She began the call in a confrontational manner, kept interrupting me, and then hung up on me. I recommend finding a different doctor: it's not worth the trouble.
