They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
