I have been with them for many years. As time went on they became less and less caring. Tests would go undone and when my specialists would ask for the results of what should have been done every 6 months, they found they were not done for a year or longer. Physical exams I would get my legs checked for edema, my ankles were squeezed but he never looked at them, instead he would go straight to the laptop. He did most of the talking and that was into his laptop. All I could do after trying over several attempts to try and express myself to him, was just sit quietly, because he never listened anyway. I became a patient number for the day, not an individual in need of assistance. Today I asked for help by asking him to write a letter to assist me with transportation, because my diabetic clinic in 70 miles away one way, I have nobody to assist me, and my blood sugars spike and drop badly. He will not write the letter, nor will he comment why. If in and out is all you want and you are not too complicated, this is for you. If you want to be treated like an individual, listened too, and really have somebody concerned for you, then I highly recommend you go elsewhere as I will be...
