This place is a NIGHTMARE. Carmen the manager kept changing her answers, was contradicting and difficult.It took 20 minutes just to get an appointment out of her. When I came in she was so nasty! I told Dr Bianco about my experience and she said if I dont like it I can leave.
These people act as if they are hiding something. Very low class group of characters here.I will not be returning.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
