A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
She will argue with your about your medical issues, and thinks she is always right. Last time I went there she demanded I see bunch of specialists, have tests done etc and I am still waiting for all the paperwork to do all these tests 6 months later... They rush some patients out of the door (like me) and others they will talk for hours
