I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was easy to get an appointment. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

Dr. Hileman went above and beyond in determining the best prescription for my lenses. Noticing something in one eye that would be alarming if it had occurred recently, he called a previous optomotrist in new york to determine the answer. Unfortunately, I am no longer in St Helena and have had to turn to other doctors, and none have ever been as thorough or professional as Dr. Hileman.
