The doctor and others directly in charge of my care were GREAT! However, dealing with the office staff on the phone was a nightmare! It took me 15 minutes on the phone to set 3 appointments.

We provided all the updated insurance information well in advance of the appts. Even though I asked them to verify insurance coverage when I gave them the info (since it was a recent insur change), they waited until my husband and stepdaughter arrived for their appointment Turns out that my insur company failed to list my stepdaughter on the insurance.

So that appointment had to be rescheduled. I got the info corrected with my insurance company, and asked the dr. office staff to Verify online that she was indeed listed now. They told me they couldn't do that until the date of the appointment (when the patient actually showed up). I had to explain to them that "verifying" coverage was not the same thing as getting the "treatment approval" form that they need from the insurer on the date of the appointment.

Finally got everyone examined, and a few weeks later I get a bill in the mail from them. No detail, only a "balance foward." I call for an explanation, and was told that we owed $xxx. But she couldn't tell me what for! But if I wanted to, I could leave a message for the part-time insurance clerk, which I did. And who never called me back despite two more left messages.

I leave it alone to see if I receive another bill, and a few weeks later, I get a REFUND check from this office!

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment. I was impressed from the first moment I entered for my appointment and sat in their very comfortable waiting room chairs.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
