He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, efficient and is very patient friendly! His staff is wonderful and most accommodating as well! I used to love this place, I have been going there for years., but today I needed one contact, ONE, because I was given a black eye over the weekend and it had ripped my contact....without my contacts I am BLIND. but since I was 4 days past my annual exam they couldn't give me ONE contact until I could make it in.... I couldn't believe how rude the office MANAGER was. I was crying on the phone explaining I am at work and cannot see!!! and all she could think about was making money off me...I have asked for my personal records and will NOT be giving them my business ever again. Thanks for letting me know that your patients are not a priority! All she had to do was offer a resolution for me if she truly couldn't assist me for example : I'm sorry but we cannot help you because you are due for an annual exam, considering your circumstances and cannot see, how about we try to get you in tomorrow! but instead she was just rude and didn't offer to help in any way. She was content to see a customer walk away and that's sad.
