Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

This office was on my insurance company for eyeglasses and contacts. I went in for an exam, which should have been covered asked about contacts and walked out $89.00 over budget.

When I asked the girl checking me out she told me it was for a contact lens evaluation. I said I did not want to get contacts and should not be charged, she told me the work had been charged and owed the money and had to pay.

When I asked to speak with the doctor, he was to busy to talk to me.

I paid the $89.00 but felt cheated so I will not go back that is for sure!

Got a good exam though, the doctor was nice and explained alot which I did not know...but the charges!

I think they should inform you in advance ....

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
