They are always so friendly and welcoming to me during my appointments. They strive to make every patient feel valued and important. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

The staff and Dr. Kepner do a fabulous job at seeing to each customer's individual needs. They are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. They even offered advice on the best type of frames for my daughter's first pair of glasses (fashion and function). The office is in Olney, a safe community. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
