Used to be a patient here. Last full appointment he was pushing toric lenses which I agreed for a trial set but wasn't sure yet as I was comfortable in extended-wear lenses (non-toric) and told him I'll decide later. He seemed to forget this as we went to the receptionist and told her to give me a supply of toric lenses. After he left, I explained he was mistaken that I was just going to try the trial set first and asked for information on the lenses for me to research. At this the receptionist said she couldn't give that information out. I found out later there was a promotion going on for those specific lenses and I ended up buying them elsewhere after I decided to switch to them. I saved $140 on a 6-month supply buying the exact same lenses elsewhere. When I asked for my prescription from the receptionist I sensed some attitude as she was smart enough to figure I wasn't buying my lenses there.

Also, every appointment I scheduled with him or the other female eye doctor there (Colbourne) I waited in the waiting room at least 20 minutes. I always schedule the first appointment of the day to get to work early as possible only to see them walk though the door late. If you schedule here anyway, make sure you schedule later in the day and probably not around lunchtime.
