I was very disappointed when I arrived for my visit to find that they had given my scheduled appointment to another patient after I had just spoke with them about half an hour prior to my visit. My insurance would not pay for another exam yet BUT told them it was my daughter and I would pay CASH. They had already booked another patient when I arrived they said that the script was still good and we could just order another pair of glasses. I went somewhere else and PAID CASH for the exam and guess what, the script was NOT good. I will never return!
