Well upon entering the building it was not a warm welcome BUT Dr Samuel Bigley is a wonderful eye doctor, and the ladies that help you pick out your glasses are wonderful. The ladies helped me and they are very knowledgeable and very professional. Kudos to Dr Bigley and the frame girls not so much for the others

Dr. Bigley did a thorough exam. I have no problems with him, but his staff is another story. They rush you to pick out frames and the list goes on. Even if you are wiling to pay more money out of pocket (make up the difference) for frames that your insurance does not cover they still try and steer you to frames you don't want. 5 stars to the doctor and 1 star for the staff.
