I found Dr Kass to be arrogant, insulting and rude. He seemed to be visibly upset that I was there to get a prescription for occupational safety glasses to be provided by my employer, and that I didn't intend on buying new glasses from him at this time. He also kept trying to push a prescription for progressive lenses on me based solely on my age and not on my actual need (I didn't need them, single vision lenses worked just fine for me), or my desires.

There are dozens of friendly, well qualified Optometrists in the area, no need to waste time and money visiting this pompous ass. NOT recommended.

Dr is nice guy, however behavior borders inappropriate. Didn't provide sun shades after dilation, had problems driving home against the morning sun. The second half of the business is a hard sell on lenses and frames. Sales person tried to sell me every option available. I will not return, another unfortunate example of a health care provider trying to maximize their profit instead of understanding the needs of the patient.
