They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their eye equipment was state-of-the-art and really sophisticated. It's so much better than other optometrists I've been to.
Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment. I was impressed from the first moment I entered for my appointment and sat in their very comfortable waiting room chairs.
